Baljit Singh Garhwal has 15+ years of Information Technology experience and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Baljit Singh started their career as a Software Engineer at Eastern Software Systems in 2005. In 2005, they also joined ESS as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until November 2011. In 2012, they joined Espire Infolabs as a Project Lead and later became a Technical Lead in 2016. At Espire Infolabs, they have been involved in all aspects of the application life cycle, including requirement analyses, design, development, testing, and support. Baljit Singh has a deep knowledge of the Oracle Database platform and has expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Developer Suite, and migration of software.

Baljit Singh Garhwal completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University from 1994 to 1997. Baljit Singh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Guru Jambheshwar University from 1997 to 1999.
