Robert Foster has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Robert is currently Senior Vice President of Operations at Esperta Health since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Director of Patient Care Services at Virtua Health from May 2022 to August 2022. From October 2020 to January 2022, they served as Hospice Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care. Before that, they held various roles at Ambercare, including Area Vice President of Hospice Operations, Area Director of Operations for Home Health and Hospice, Executive Director of Home Health, and Director of Nursing. From January 2013 to October 2014, they worked as Home Health and Hospice Director of Nursing at Heritage Home Healthcare & Hospice, and earlier served as a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager from September 2012 to January 2013.

Robert Foster obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing Science from Chamberlain University in the years 2010 to 2011.
