Lino Galvan is an experienced professional with a strong background in team member engagement, training and development, and event management. Currently serving as the Manager of Team Member Engagement at Esperanza Health Centers since December 2020, Lino previously held multiple roles at Blue Plate, including Event Staffing Specialist and Event Services Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, recruitment, and training that contributed to significant operational improvements. Lino also has experience as a Community Health Advocate at Esperanza Health Centers and an Administrative Assistant at Hernandez Roofing, along with a foundation in supervisory principles from a prior role at The Unicorn Club, Ltd. Lino holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from DePaul University and an Associate’s Degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College.
