Amy Carroll has a diverse work experience. Amy worked for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation from 2017 to the present, starting as the NWA Walk Coordinator and progressing to Community Development Manager and Community Manager in fundraising campaigns and volunteer engagement. Currently, they hold the role of Associate Community Director. Prior to that, they worked at Lindsey & Associates as a Sales Associate from 2013 to 2017. Amy also had a role in Carroll Design as an Interior Designer from 2003 to 2013.

Amy Carroll attended Kansas State University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising.
