Michael Gray has extensive experience in production management and CNC machining. Currently serving as a Production Manager at ESP Spares, Inc. since March 2017, Michael also holds the position of Shift Manager at SPM Technology, Inc. since April 2017. Prior to these roles, Michael worked at Amphenol Aerospace from April 2007, where responsibilities included Manufacturing Supervisor, Prototype Machinist, and CNC Group Leader, overseeing department scheduling and machine setup for a team managing 16 CNC machines. Additionally, Michael served as Lead CNC Machinist at FORMASPACE from April 2016 to May 2023, operating advanced CNC equipment and managing production schedules to meet project deadlines.
