Bryan Makle is currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer Team Lead at Wipro since May 2024, and has been providing Wipro End User Support for Medtronic as a Desktop Support Engineer at ESP IT since September 2021. Previous experience includes working as an Installation Specialist at Futura Mobility, LLC from June 2020 to July 2021, and as a TSG Support Technician at UPS from September 2018 to August 2019. Bryan began a career in technology as a Desktop Support Technician at VENUS Fashion Inc. from January 2012 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing PC accounts, email support, and printer assistance. Additionally, Bryan held multiple roles at Safe Lite Optical between July 2005 and January 2012, contributing to lens inspection and preparation. Bryan holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Virginia College-Jacksonville, completed between 2015 and 2017.
