Kausigan B is an experienced engineer with a strong background in rubber and plastics technology. Currently serving as the Rubber Laboratory Incharge at Engineered Seal Products since September 2022, Kausigan B specializes in mechanical and chemical testing of rubber compounds, raw materials, and phosphating chemicals. Prior to this role, Kausigan B was a Senior Engineer at VBL Innovations Pvt Limited, focusing on new product development from May 2022 to September 2022, and held a similar position at Aerospace Engineers Private Limited from June 2019 to April 2022. Kausigan B holds a B.Tech degree in Rubber and Plastics Technology from Madras Institute of Technology Campus, completed in 2019.
