Maria Protogeraki currently serves as a Customer Specialist at ESOFTHALL LTD since September 2023 and as a Customer Support Advisor at TTEC since May 2023. Prior experience includes working in the Department of Communications at the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection of the Hellenic Republic from October 2021 to June 2023. Maria Protogeraki holds a degree from the University of Crete (2016-2021) and is currently pursuing an M.Sc in Language Education for Refugees and Migrants at the Hellenic Open University (2022-present).
