Matt Biasatti has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matt is currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at ESO since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor for ALERRT at Texas State University from 2012 onwards. Before joining the university, Biasatti held various roles at Williamson County EMS, including Captain, Lieutenant/Paramedic Supervisor, Field Training Officer, Tactical Paramedic, and Field Paramedic from 2007 to 2022. From 2012 to 2014, they also worked as a Clinic Technician-Paramedic at Preferred Imaging. Additionally, Biasatti served as an EMS Instructor at EMTS Academy from 2008 to 2011 and began their career as an EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic at MedStar Mobile Healthcare from 2005 to 2007.

Matt Biasatti's education history includes the following:

- From 2020 to 2021, they attended the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, where they obtained a certification in Quality Improvement.

- From 2016 to 2020, they studied at WGU Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management.

- In 2005 and 2006, they attended Tarrant County College, focusing on Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic).

- In 2003 and 2004, they studied Fire Science/Fire-fighting at Hill College.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Biasatti obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in February 2023.
