Janée Coleman

Janée Coleman has a diverse work experience history. In 2018, they worked as an English Second Language Special Programs Assistant at Texas Global | The University of Texas at Austin. From July 2017 to August 2018, they served as a Clinical Outcomes Coordinator at UT Health Austin. In 2018, they also worked as a Complex Issue Resolution Analyst at The Y (YMCA). In January 2020, they held a role as a Human Services Specialist at Helping Hand Home for Children. Currently, they are employed at ESO as a Technical Support Analyst I, where they independently research and resolves software and hardware issues, mentors junior team members, troubleshoots technical issues, and participates in IT program initiatives. Janée is responsible for tracking and resolving computer system issues, providing technical support to employees, escalating unresolved issues, and documenting technical knowledge.

In 2020, Janée obtained a Health Informatics and Health Information Technology Professional Certificate from the Texas McCombs School of Business.

From 2016 to 2020, Janée attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Science and Arts (BSA) degree. Their major was in Human Development and Family Sciences.

During their time at The University of Texas at Austin, Janée also pursued three minors. Janée completed a Minor in Health Communication from the Moody College of Communication. Janée also earned a Minor in Kinesiology and Health Education, as well as a Minor in Educational Psychology.

In 2018, Janée participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Cape Town, focusing on Urban Economic Development.

Additionally, Janée has obtained two additional certifications. In June 2020, they became HIPAA Certified through HIPAA Training. Furthermore, in March 2020, they completed the course "Essential Epidemiologic Tools for Public Health Practice" at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
