Stella Budiarjo currently serves as a lecturer at ESMOD Jakarta, where responsibilities include program coordination of the Creative Business program, curriculum development, and leading the Sexual Harassment Prevention Task Force. Teaching subjects such as Fashion Culture and Fashion Design, Stella also supervises student theses and provides mentorship. Previous experience includes the role of Head of Design and Production at DIBBA, managing design processes, market research, and production teams. Additional roles include working as an Alterationist at UNIQLO Australia and as a Fashion/Textile Intern. Stella Budiarjo holds a Master of Fashion in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Fashion (Design) (Honours) from RMIT University.
