Juan Carlos Davalos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the floral industry. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Esmeralda Farms since March 2018, Juan Carlos previously held the role of Associate Founder at Flowerex, where expertise in flower trade with supermarkets and wholesalers in the United States was developed. Prior to these positions, significant roles included Sales Manager at Floreco Incorporated, where budget management and cost-reduction programs were implemented, and Organizational Consultant and Marketing at Direct Flowers, focusing on efficiency improvements. Juan Carlos also has a solid foundation in finance from positions at Banco del Pichincha and Mutualista Pichincha.
