Carlos E Garcia has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2012, they served as a Peer Assisted Learning Leader at Bournemouth University. Carlos E then worked as a Content Programming & Talent Liaison at Evenpro from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Talent Manager at CEGB Holdings, where they managed music artist development. Carlos E also served as a Talent Booking Assistant at W Hotels from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they briefly worked as an Event Production Coordinator & Talent Liaison at RedRabbit Presents. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at My Buena Vida. Carlos E then moved on to become the General Manager at BrainBox Coworking Spaces from April 2019 to January 2020. In 2018, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at CEGB Holdings. Lastly, they are currently the Co-Founder & Head of Customer Success at eSmartKeep since March 2020.

Carlos E Garvia completed their high school education, Bachillerato (GCSE), at Colegio Don Bosco from 1999 to 2010. Carlos E then went on to attend Bellerbys College in 2011, where they obtained a Foundation Degree in Business, Finance, and Management. In the same year, they enrolled at Bournemouth University and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Event Management, which they completed in 2014. Also in 2014, Carlos attended Berklee College of Music and obtained a Certificate in Music Business Advance Professional. Lastly, they attended Full Sail University from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment & Music Business.
