Magnus Olsson currently serves as a Member of the Consultative Working Group for Corporate Finance of the Issuers Standing Committee at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) since February 2024, where expertise is leveraged to advance ESMA's objectives in investor protection, market integrity, and financial stability. Additionally, Magnus has been a Legal Counsel at DNB Markets since September 2020, contributing to the Investment Banking Division. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role in Public M&A & Equity Capital Markets at Mannheimer Swartling from October 2011 to September 2020, alongside earlier positions as an Associate and Trainee at the same firm, and a Compliance Associate role at Johnson & Johnson. Magnus holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Stockholm University and has furthered education at the University of Leicester.
