Sanela Kalauzović is a Senior Engineering Manager at ESL FACEIT Group since December 2022, with extensive experience in engineering management and project leadership across multiple roles. Previous positions include Engineering Manager at Virgin Pulse, Project Manager and Product Owner at Klika, and various technical roles in the FinTech sector, including Software Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer. Sanela has a strong background in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Macro Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo.
