Florian Schiekel began their work experience in 2009 as a Community Manager at ESL Gaming. Florian then progressed to the role of Senior Community Manager in 2015 and later became an Associate Director of Community Management in 2017. In 2022, Florian joined ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] as the Director of Tournament Operations.

Florian Schiekel attended Wilhelm-Schickard-Schule Tübingen from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a degree in IT-Systemkaufmann.
