David Fernandez is the CEO of ESKARIAM, an innovative legal services company specializing in collective redress and major litigation, a role held since December 2019. With over 25 years of experience in the legal sector, David has previously managed two law firms and served as a partner at El Defensor de tu Vivienda and Sala&Serra from 2016 to February 2020 and January 2007 to February 2020, respectively. Additionally, David was the Managing Director at Grupo Cafrayo from July 1998 to December 2014. David holds a Master’s degree in tax consultancy from IE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
