Eric Quevedo began their work experience in 2015 as a Student Athlete-Football at Boise State University, where they stayed until 2019. In 2020, they joined Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) as a Project Engineer, and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager, which they currently hold.

Eric Quevedo attended Boise State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Eric focused their studies on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
