Elena Cazac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and service delivery, currently serving as the National Service Delivery Manager at ESI Technologies since November 2015. In this role, Elena oversees a diverse portfolio of projects across infrastructure, network, security, software, and cloud services, managing budgets ranging from $100K to $1M while ensuring project control through effective planning and financial assessments. Prior to ESI Technologies, Elena was a COOP Program Project Coordinator at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where responsibilities included developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions and managing project budgets and schedules. Elena began their career at Adecco Montréal as both an HR Assistant and Administrative Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Project Management from HEC Montréal and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Management, Marketing, and Tourism from Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, Romania.
