Sofia Pereira Pinto currently serves as Manager of Talent Management at ESI Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sofia held various HR leadership positions at MSC Software from June 2015 to October 2023, including HR Director for France and HR Manager for two Spanish entities. Notably, MSC Software is recognized as a global leader in simulation software and services for product manufacturers. Sofia's earlier experience includes roles at MATIS from February 2008 to May 2015, specializing in human resources within engineering consultancy, and at ALTEN in international recruitment from September 2005 to February 2008. Sofia holds a Master's degree in LEA/HR from Université Paris-Sorbonne, completed in 2005.
