Romel Chakma is a User Experience Lead at ESI Group since April 2018, specializing in UX and UI on a global scale. Previously, Romel worked as a UX/UI Strategist at Wipro Limited from June 2015 to December 2018, focusing on direct client interactions and initiating design processes through concept creation and wireframing. Prior experience includes a role in Strategic Design Management at Samsung Electronics in 2014, as well as serving as a Visual Merchandiser at Lilliput Kidswear Ltd., where brand identity and visual communication were key responsibilities. Romel holds a Master's degree in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design (2015) and a graduation degree in Apparel Production from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi (2011), along with a higher secondary education in science from BSSS (2007).
