Melinda Merriman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Financial Operations Team Lead at eShipping since May 2020, Melinda previously held the position of Billing Customer Service Specialist. Prior to eShipping, Melinda worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Return to Manufacturer Clerk, successfully managing product returns to recover significant revenue for the store. Melinda’s earlier experience includes roles at City Union Mission, where responsibilities included overseeing youth programs and administrative duties, and at Nielsen Company, where recruitment and engagement of families for TV ratings was key. Melinda holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma Baptist University.
