Rhiannon Carter began their work experience as a Customer Consultant at Wescot Credit Services Limited in August 2019, where they worked until March 2020. Rhiannon then transitioned to a role as a UI/UX Designer, which they held from August 2020 to July 2021. Currently, in 2021, they are working as a Product Manager at ESGI Software, a position they have held since August 2021.

Rhiannon Carter completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Leicester, from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp in November 2020, and completed a Learn SQL Course from Codecademy in December 2021.
