Frank Weber is an experienced professional with a diverse background in advisory roles, academia, and corporate communications. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at ESG Beirat Expert:innen since March 2024, Frank Weber focuses on leveraging sustainability for the transformation of medium-sized enterprises. As a Hochschuldozent at Hochschule Fresenius since August 2011, Frank Weber imparts knowledge in Change Management, Innovations Management, and Leadership. In 2011, Frank Weber founded weber.advisory, aiming to inspire individuals to drive impactful changes in their organizations. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Development and Communication at W&W-Gruppe and Director of Corporate Communications at both DZ BANK AG and Aareal Bank AG. Frank Weber holds a Diplom Ökonom in Economics from Ruhr University Bochum, completed the General Management Program at St. Gallen Business School, and is a trained Mediator from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz.
