Dinesh Davatwal is currently serving as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Eseye since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro from February 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities involved managing IT service requests and incidents for John Lewis and Waitrose Retail Stores, as well as providing multi-channel support. Dinesh also worked at Tesco as a Customer Assistant from September 2017 to February 2022, overseeing stock management and occasionally managing colleagues. Additionally, during the academic year of 2019 to 2020, Dinesh was a Peer Assisted Learning Leader at the University of Hertfordshire, assisting first-year students. Dinesh holds a BSc in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and completed A-Levels in Business, English Literature, and Psychology at Windsor Forest High School.
