Kelvin Heung is an accomplished System Analyst with expertise in mobile application development, currently leading a mobile team at ESD Services Limited (ESDlife) since August 2017. Notable achievements include the successful development and revamp of a widely-used credit card mobile application for a Singaporean bank, ensuring a crash-free rate of over 99.9% for a platform with 200,000 users. Kelvin's responsibilities encompass gathering user requirements, overseeing system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployments, and enhancing mobile app security. Prior to ESDlife, Kelvin held various roles as a Mobile Application Developer at Mtel Limited, Mad Mad Group, and participated in a summer internship at The Banff Centre following a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from City University of Hong Kong.
