Michael Mather, M.Ed, MFA, is an experienced education specialist currently serving in the Escondido Union School District, where a focus is placed on empowering students of diverse abilities. Previous roles include directing community relations at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities, managing marketing and community outreach at The Arc of San Diego, and contributing as an adjunct faculty instructor at The Art Institutes. Michael's extensive background in special education, marketing, and program management is supported by degrees from San Diego State University and a Master of Education in Special Education from National University.
