Adriana Lauande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Escola do Caos since February 2024, Adriana previously worked at UOL EdTech from March 2014 to January 2024 as a Business Development Specialist, focusing on managing B2B client portfolios in the Financial, Telecom, and Retail sectors. Between April 2010 and August 2013, Adriana was a Project Coordinator at Lab SSJ, overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring while leading a team of approximately 10 individuals. Adriana's career began at Gradiente, where from May 2001 to January 2010, responsibilities included providing support to product and marketing areas in developing packaging and product presentations. Adriana holds a degree in Industrial Design from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and completed further education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in August 2023.
