Mohamed Ali Ramadan started their work experience in 2015 as a Help Desk Analyst/Hardware Technician Intern at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Mohamed Ali provided email support for IT service requests and maintained support tickets.
In 2017, they worked as an IT Analyst/Tester Intern at Canada Revenue Agency, where they wrote test cases, performed black-box testing, and managed software bugs using JIRA.
Later that year, they joined the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency as a Software Developer Intern. In this role, they developed custom server-side plugins and performed enhancements and bug fixes for an Environmental Assessment Management System.
In 2018, Mohamed worked as a Software Developer Intern at Privy Council Office. Mohamed Ali updated an ASP .NET application using C# and .NET.
Currently, Mohamed is employed as an Intermediate Software Developer at Escher Group. Their responsibilities include application development using C# and .NET for Point of Sale (POS) software for Canada Post, as well as data migration using in-house software.
Mohamed Ali Ramadan pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Software Engineering at the University of Ottawa between the years of 2014 and 2018.
