Sami Scigouski is an experienced media professional currently serving as a News Writer at Game Rant since July 2024, where responsibilities include researching topics, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with the editorial team. Prior experience includes working as a Game Master at Escapely and serving as the Head of Media Production for Miami University Varsity Esports from January 2022 to May 2024. In this leadership role, Sami directed media production efforts, coordinated with team leads and coaches, and contributed to content creation as a journalist for the esports team’s website. Sami's career began as a Media Production Intern, focusing on capturing and editing media for the program. Sami holds a Bachelor's degree in Games + Simulations from Miami University, earned in May 2024.
