Russell Desena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Russell is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Escape to Blue Ridge LLC since November 2020. Prior to this, they were the President of Carts R Russ from November 2014 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Regional Director at RentPath, LLC from April 2012 to August 2014, where they were responsible for growing revenue and customer base in Florida. Additionally, they have extensive experience as a Regional Sales Manager at YP/YP Marketing Solutions from November 1998 to April 2012, where they directed sales efforts in Atlanta, Melbourne, and Tampa and consistently exceeded objectives, earning the President's club recipient accolade from 2005 to 2008.

Russell Desena attended Commonwealth High School from 1977 to 1980. Russell then went on to study Business Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984.
