Beata Smola is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance roles, primarily within multinational corporations. Currently serving as a Stock & Sales Accountant at ESCADA since April 2017, Beata has notably contributed to the optimization of financial processes through the automation of tasks and the unification of banking operations across entities. Previously, at Tyco, Beata focused on transitioning activities to a new service center while training new team members. Earlier roles include positions at Accenture, HEINEKEN, IBM, and various customer service and administrative roles, showcasing Beata's comprehensive expertise in accounts payable, data reconciliation, and supplier management.
