Jacek Madej has a strong background in software engineering and technical project management. Jacek is currently working at Esatto as a Technical Project Manager and Senior Full-Stack Developer. Prior to their current role, Jacek worked at Making Waves as a Senior Systems Consultant, Technical Lead, and Team Leader for five years. Jacek also worked at Altkom Software & Consulting as a Senior Software Engineer, Autodesk as a Software Engineer, and Altkom Akademia as a Software Engineer. Jacek began their career at Astech Polska SA as a Junior Software Engineer.

Jacek Madej obtained their M.SC degree in Automatics and Robotics with a specialization in computer science in control and management from AGH University of Science and Technology. Jacek completed this degree from 1999 to 2004. In addition, Jacek obtained certifications from Microsoft, specifically in .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Jacek earned these certifications in December 2007 and September 2007, respectively.
