Marcel Michalka has extensive experience in the food and flavors industry, currently serving as Area Manager Russia at esarom gmbh since September 2007, where previous roles included Sales Manager and Area Manager. Additionally, Marcel held the position of General Manager at esarom Polska Sp. z o.o. from January 2014 to June 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Philosophy from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, obtained from 2006 to 2011, and an Abitur in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Stredna Priemyselna Skola Jozefa Murgasa, completed in 1994.
