Shelley Dearhart is a dedicated professional specializing in community engagement and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as the Head of Community Engagement and Environmental Sustainability Initiatives at Esalen Institute since July 2023, Shelley previously held roles such as Farm Hand at Country Flat Farm and Community Outreach Manager at the Monterey Bay Fisheries Trust, where efforts included launching the Community Seafood Program.
