Suzette Childress is a seasoned payroll and finance professional with extensive experience in managing payroll processes across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Manager at ESAB since February 2011, Suzette oversees hourly and salary payroll for all North American employees following the company's separation from Colfax. Previously, as Central Payroll Manager for Colfax Corporation, Suzanne was instrumental in centralizing payroll processing for North American companies. With a background as Finance Manager at Howden North America, Suzanne directed finance operations for a $4B division and has also held roles at the SC Department of Administration overseeing payroll implementation for 50,000 employees and at Flex managing payroll operations for 12,000 associates. Suzette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
