Prior to that, they were the Corporate Manager of Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk Management for Smiths Detection Inc. Shawn L. also worked at Primerica Financial Services, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, W.L. Gore & Associates, Alpharma Pharmaceuticals, Carter-Wallace Inc, and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, where they gained extensive experience in driving EHS programs, implementing management systems, and improving overall EHS performance. Shawn L. Foxworth is a highly experienced professional with a strong focus on creating a culture of safety and sustainability.

Shawn L. Foxworth, M.P.H., CSP, CHMM completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety Management at Tulane University School of Medicine from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Occupational Safety & Environmental Health from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 1996 and 2000.
