Rita Francis currently serves as a Senior Desktop Administrator at ESAB since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive IT Support at General Dynamics Information Technology from April 2018 to June 2022 and System Analyst at KesselRun Corporate Travel Solutions, where support was provided for USAID from October 2015 to April 2018. Rita also worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician at SRA Platinum Solutions, supporting the National Institutes of Health from October 2014 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as a Genius at Apple from August 2011 to September 2014, where technical support for Apple products and repairs of hardware components were provided. Rita studied at Montgomery College from 2007 to 2009.
