Dawn Brown possesses extensive experience in customer service and sales management, currently serving as Sales Customer Service Manager at ES Robbins Corporation since May 2012, following a role as Senior Sales Service Representative. Prior to this, Dawn was the Accounting Team Lead at Media Solutions from March 2009 to May 2012, overseeing accounts receivable, payment applications, account reconciliation, and collections. Dawn began the career as an Administrative Assistant at Anderson Services/Proligix from May 2004 to March 2009. Educationally, Dawn earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Retail Business Management from SUNY Canton between 1989 and 1991.
