Herbert Dr. Grebenc serves as the managing partner at Die Zukunftsmacher, leading initiatives in system research, project development, consulting, and participation since October 2020. With over 17 years of experience as CEO overseeing the global real estate, facility management, and corporate security sectors at BMW Group, Dr. Grebenc brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, real estate management, urban planning, construction project management, facility management, and modern work environments. Additionally, Dr. Grebenc contributes to the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering's research network, focusing on mobility innovations, smart sustainable cities, and sustainable office work. Currently, Dr. Grebenc also serves on the board of trustees for the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising and previously held the position of department head for real estate and security services at BMW from January 2003 to September 2020. Dr. Grebenc holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.
