Tom Solon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a Consultant at ERTC Express since January 2022, Tom provides expert assistance on the Employee Retention Tax Credit for small business clients. Prior to this role, Tom has held significant positions at R H Murphy Co., Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing since 2014, where innovative protective packaging solutions are developed for the semiconductor and electronics sectors. Tom's earlier career includes roles as Engineering Manager at AMETEK Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions and Marketing Manager & Sales/Applications Engineer at AMETEK Haydon Kerk Pittman Motion Solutions, as well as a Principal Engineer position at Digital Equipment Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from Brown University.
