Andrei Topsa is an experienced financial professional with a solid background in risk management, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Corporate Risk Manager at Erste Group since August 2017, Andrei also holds the position of Project Finance Manager at BCR since June 2013. Prior experience includes working as a mergers and acquisitions consultant at Deloitte from February 2008 to May 2013, where responsibilities involved financial due diligence and business valuation, as well as serving as an auditor. Andrei holds a Master's degree in Financial Analysis and Valuation from Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained between 2007 and 2009, and completed an undergraduate degree at the same institution from 2003 to 2007.
