Sándor Végh has extensive experience in the banking industry, specifically in structured finance and corporate banking. Sándor started their career in 1994 as a Relationship Manager at Inter-Europa Bank. Rt., where they worked until 1997. Sándor then moved to MKB Bank Zrt., where they held various roles including Project Manager, Head of Department for Project Finance, General Manager for Project and Structured Finance, and eventually Director for Large Corporates and Structured Finance. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing four divisions and 50 colleagues. Sándor also served as a member of the Credit Committee. In 2014, they joined Erste Bank Hungary as the Head of Structured Finance.
Sándor Végh attended Földes Ferenc Grammar School in Miskolc from 1984 to 1988. Sándor then studied at Corvinus University of Budapest, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance from 1988 to 1994. In 1992, they briefly studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Later, they pursued Lawyer-Economist Postgraduate Education at Eötvös Loránd University from 1994 to 1996. Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they attended the Budapest Institute for Graduate International and Diplomatic Studies at Corvinus University of Budapest.
