Jelena Ratkovic (Despotovic) has extensive expertise in risk management, currently serving as the Head of the Enterprise-wide Risk and Capital Management Department at Erste Banka Srbija since May 2015, after previously holding various roles within the same department. Prior experience includes positions as a Junior On-site Banking Supervisor at the National Bank of Serbia from July 2011 to April 2015 and as an Audit Trainee at Deloitte Serbia from September 2010 to June 2011. Jelena Ratkovic (Despotovic) holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Management from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, attained between 2004 and 2008.
