Gordana Miljanic serves as the Head of Risk and Finance IT Solutions Management Unit at Erste Banka Srbija since June 2013, following a role as Business Process Analyst and Project Manager in the Organisation & IT department. Prior to this, Gordana worked at Credit Agricole Srbija AD as a Project and Reporting Manager from March 2009 to June 2013, and as an Adviser in the Sector for Information Society at the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society from November 2008 to March 2009, focusing on project implementation monitoring. Gordana holds a master's degree in Mathematics of Finance from the University of Novi Sad, earned between 2002 and 2008.
