Rodger Novak serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for AIRNA, Econic Biosciences, and Xap Therapeutics, while also holding the position of Venture Partner at SR One Capital Management and Board Member at ERS Genomics. Previously, Rodger served as President and Chair of the Board of Directors, as well as Chief Executive Officer at CRISPR Therapeutics until September 2023. Additional experience includes a role as VP Head of TSU Infectious Diseases Global R&D at Sanofi, and Founding Chief Operating Officer of Nabriva Therapeutics AG. Rodger's career in pharmaceutical and biotechnology leadership also includes a position as Deputy Head of the Antibiotic Research Institute at Sandoz, and as a University Professor at the Vienna BioCenter. Rodger Novak holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and has completed education at notable institutions including NYU Skirball Institute, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and The Rockefeller University.
