Andy Williams serves as the President of Sales and Marketing at ERP Power since September 2011, contributing to the design and manufacture of the lighting industry's smallest and most efficient LED drivers and light engines. Williams holds an emeritus position on the Board of Trustees of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where contributions to the institution are recognized. Previously, Williams was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Automotive and Power Group at ON Semiconductor, overseeing a substantial global operation with P&L responsibility. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering focusing on Power and Digital Electronics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master in Engineering Management from Walden University.
