As a native Michigander, Brian Germain is thrilled to be supporting the clients in the area as General Manager in Ernest Packaging Solutions’ Detroit division. One of the things he loves about being on the Ernest team is their close-knit work culture. After spending 16 years in various sales roles at large companies and start-ups alike, he knows there’s nothing like being part of a family company. He’s made cultivating a friendly, collaborative environment for his team and their clients one of his top priorities.
