Lisa Blinkhorne is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Manager at Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd since November 2010, Lisa oversees human resources for a long-established family firm. Prior to this, Lisa was the Head of Human Resources at Converso Contact Centres Ltd from April 2004 to November 2010, managing a team and implementing strategic HR policies for a large outsourced call center.
