Angela Batist has over 25 years of experience in customer service and logistics within the transportation industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Officer at ERMEWA SA since May 2020, Angela previously held roles as a Contractmanager at Total Care Wagon Management and Fleetmanager at Railrelease, where responsibilities included oversight of fleet operations. Angela began their career at De Klok Logistics as a Logistics Employee, managing shipments and customer communication. Additionally, positions were held at VTG RAIL EUROPE GMBH as a Commercial Employee, contributing to the Dutch market for Europe’s largest private wagon owner.
